Custom Homes, Presales, and Early Commission Option

We value our trusted relationships with buyers’ agents, as we work together to provide an exceptional custom build experience across 12-counties in Chatham, Wake, Orange, Alamance, and beyond.

Here’s how we support you and your buyers:

• Confirmed commission for registered buyers
We will provide a confirmed commission agreement when you register your client at the beginning of the process—whether they choose a presale, build on a TBH homesite, or bring their own land.

• Early commission option for “to-be-built” homes
For clients building a custom home, we offer an early commission option in many cases. Reach out for more details.

• Involvement
Join your clients for meetings, walkthroughs, and key build milestones—or simply stay informed with regular updates. We’ll work with whatever level of involvement you and your clients decide on.

• Builder-led experience
Your clients work directly with our builder team—Phil and Andrew Travars—throughout the design and build process, ensuring clarity, transparency, and true personalization.

How Do I Get Pricing?

Still exploring? Tell us what you want in your home — and your build budget. We’ll suggest floor plans that can align with your goals.

Your initial consultation includes in depth information for a complete build package. Your turnkey quote will include the build, typical site work allowances, and custom flexibilities. After a homesite evaluation with the builder, we’ll add site-specific considerations.
