      Will you visit our home site (land), and let us know what to expect?

      Yes. Our build process includes a home site assessment about what it would take to build your floor plan at a specific location.

      What does it take to get a pricing quote for a new custom home?

      Our process is quick and easy! Just contact us to set up an appointment for your quote.

      Are Travars Built Homes turnkey?

      Yes. We take care of your custom home build from design ideas through completion: Permitting, site work (clearing, grading, septic, well, driveway) and construction.

      Will I have guidance in selecting my features and finishes?

      Yes. You will have five sessions with knowledgeable experts and local vendors who will help provide guidance for your selections. Bring ideas from our photo tours and other architectural design sources.

      What kind of warranty do you offer?

      We provide a 12 month builder warranty, as well as home warranties and other advantages.

      What kind of financing do I need for a custom home?

      Available homes can be purchased with a mortgage company of your choice. Construction loans are required for custom home financing. Ask about the lenders we work with and choose the program that fits you best.

      What is included in a base price?

      Your custom home pricing is transparent and precise – with flexibility for choices.

      Do we need to use your floor plans?

      Travars Built Homes are custom. Search our house plans gallery, or let us know what you’re looking for.

      How long does it take to build a custom home?

      The typical timeframe to build is calculated based on your construction start date. It will depend on the size, type, and location of your home. Your online portal will keep you informed about how long it takes as your build progresses.

      Where do you build?
