Custom Homes, Presales, and Early Commission Option
We value our trusted relationships with buyers agents, as we work together to provide an exceptional custom build experience across 12-counties in Chatham, Wake, Orange, Alamance, and beyond.
Here’s how we support you and your buyers:
• Confirmed commission for registered buyers
We will provide a confirmed commission agreement when you register your client at the beginning of the process—whether they choose a presale, build on a TBH homesite, or bring their own land.
• Early commission option for “to-be-built” homes
For clients building a custom home, we offer an early commission option in many cases. Reach out for more details.
• Involvement
Join your clients for meetings, walkthroughs, and key build milestones—or simply stay informed with regular updates. We’ll work with whatever level of involvement you and your clients decide on.
• Builder-led experience
Your clients work directly with our builder team—Phil and Andrew Travars—throughout the design and build process, ensuring clarity, transparency, and true personalization.

Co-Marketing Opportunities: Land Listings + Custom Homes
Do you have a land listing that could be perfect for a custom home? We partner with agents to create Lot + Home Packages that bring listings to life—and help attract qualified buyers. This can be a powerful way to add value to your listing and show buyers the full potential of the property.
Our co-marketing support includes:
• A custom-fit home plan for the lot
• Complete Lot + Home Package pricing
• Floor plans and visual materials for marketing
• Guidance for buyers exploring new construction
• Access to our builder team for client questions
When you co-market a Lot + Home Package with us, you will be the listing agent, with commission potential for both the land and the new home.
